2018 — 2020
Davide began his career as an apprentice at Merkle, a Dentsu company and global performance marketing agency. He quickly proved his worth, earning hands-on responsibility for major accounts including B&Q, Tesco, Canon, and Karen Millen. By transforming ad spend into measurable revenue and developing custom solutions for each client, Davide's innovative approach earned him recognition as Microsoft Ads' Best Digital Campaign Marketer in 2018 and finalist for the Google Ads Awards for UK agencies in 2019.
2020 — 2024
Davide launched his career at Highrise, a full-funnel startup agency, where he rapidly advanced to Head of Marketing. His first major account was GRIND, a little-known coffee brand at the time. Within less than a year, he transformed GRIND into a household name, proving his strategic prowess and ability to scale brands from obscurity to market leadership.
2024 — 2025
Davide and Rodney's partnership began while working for different agencies on the same client, TRIP Drinks. Davide, as Head of Marketing, wrote a strategic brief for a "build-a-box" subscription feature to boost average order value. Rodney led the Shopify implementation, building a custom solution for TRIP. The results were exceptional: 51% increase in subscriptions and 119% AOV growth. This seamless collaboration between marketing strategy and technical execution revealed the power of an integrated approach. Over coffee at a café, they discovered a shared passion for helping startups and growing eCommerce brands succeed. They saw an opportunity to bridge the gap between marketing and design, where strategy and Shopify development work hand in hand rather than in silos. Their vision was clear: build an agency that integrates performance marketing with conversion optimised Shopify design. No more disconnected services where designers don't understand marketing and marketers ignore user experience. In 2025, Davide founded DigitAll Media, bringing Rodney on as a partner. Together, they created an agency where marketing strategy and Shopify expertise are deeply integrated, delivering results focused solutions that help eCommerce brands scale efficiently and profitably.
 

Davide Restifo-Fitzjhon

Davide is an Italian born, naturalised British entrepreneur and digital marketing strategist. After studying behavioural psychology, he began his career conducting qualitative research and creating consumer surveys for major Italian mobile phone operators, where he developed a deep understanding of consumer behaviour and decision making patterns.

Seeking new opportunities, Davide relocated to the UK and found his calling in the digital advertising world. He started as an apprentice at Merkle, a Dentsu company, one of the big five global marketing conglomerates. His understanding of consumer psychology quickly set him apart, earning him hands on responsibility for major accounts including B&Q, Tesco, Canon, and Karen Millen. By transforming ad spend into measurable revenue and developing custom solutions for each client, his innovative approach earned him recognition as Microsoft Ads' Best Digital Campaign Marketer in 2018 and finalist for the Google Ads Awards for UK agencies in 2019.

Despite his success at one of the world's largest agency networks, Davide grew increasingly frustrated with the big agency model, prioritising high budget accounts, and drowning businesses in jargon and long presentations.

Davide then joined Highrise, a full funnel startup agency, where he rapidly advanced to Head of Marketing. His first major account was GRIND, a little known coffee brand at the time. Applying his behavioural psychology expertise to digital strategy, he transformed GRIND into a household name within less than a year, achieving 6+ ROAS and expanding the brand internationally.

After proving his ability to scale brands from obscurity to market leadership, Davide recognised a fundamental gap in the market. He'd seen firsthand how the big five agencies operated and how e-Commerce businesses, especially startups and growing brands, were underserved by their model.

In 2024, after meeting Rodney in a café and discovering their shared frustration with traditional agency approaches, Davide founded DigitAll Media. His vision was clear: create a performance focussed agency that operates as the antithesis of the big agency model. No confusing jargon. No weekly presentations full of recommendations that never get implemented. Just hands on, data driven marketing that focuses on what actually matters: conversions that pay the bills.

Today, Davide leads DigitAll Media with a hands on approach, personally overseeing strategy for key clients and ensuring that every brand receives the attention and expertise needed to scale profitably.

His experience scaling brands at both ends of the spectrum, from the resources of a global conglomerate to the agility of a startup agency, gives DigitAll Media a unique advantage: the strategic sophistication of the big five, without the bloat and bureaucracy.

Rodney Wroot

Rodney started his career as an estate agent, where he quickly spotted an opportunity to improve his firm's outdated website. He redesigned it himself, and the results were so impressive that he earned praise from senior management and discovered his passion for web development and coding.

From there, Rodney dove deep into eCommerce, initially building sites on WooCommerce before becoming a Shopify expert. He found his sweet spot at the intersection of design, functionality, and conversion optimisation, where beautiful websites meet bottom line results.

At DigitAll Media, Rodney shapes the strategy and improves conversion rates for clients. He's focused on fixing what's not working and making every click count, combining his technical expertise with a practical, no nonsense approach to turning traffic into revenue.

Sophie McKeon

Sophie is the youngest member of the DigitAll Media team and its most creative force. As the agency's branding and social graphics designer, she brings a unique blend of artistic talent and marketing savvy to every project.

Her journey into digital marketing has been anything but conventional. Sophie started as a concept artist and illustrator, honing her skills in visual storytelling before gaining valuable experience in customer service. This combination of creative expertise and people skills gives her an intuitive understanding of what resonates with audiences.

At DigitAll Media, Sophie transforms brand identities and creates thumb stopping social content that actually converts. Her background in illustration means she doesn't just design pretty graphics, she crafts visual narratives that connect brands to their customers on an emotional level. Whether it's developing brand guidelines, designing ad creatives, or building cohesive social media aesthetics, Sophie ensures every visual element serves both form and function.
